BIO
Brennan Schmitz is an associate in the firm’s Miami office. Mr. Schmitz graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law, where he graduated Cum Laude. During law school, Mr. Schmitz was an executive board member of the FIU Law Negotiation and Mediation Team and competed in negotiation competitions across the country.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Schmitz clerked in a South Florida litigation firm specializing in insurance defense. Mr. Schmitz now focuses his practice on construction litigation, general liability, and real estate litigation.
