Daniel Yanks is an associate in the firm’s Miami office. Mr. Yanks graduated from the University of South Florida (Tampa) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and was a Gold Award Recipient of the Pro Bono Honor Program for completing over 450 hours of pro bono service.
During law school, Mr. Yanks served as the Assistant Lead Technical Editor of Nova Law Review, was a member of Moot Court, and earned two C.A.L.I. Excellence for the Future “Book” Awards for earning the highest grade in both Constitutional Law II and Florida Constitutional Law.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Yanks clerked in the litigation department at a large defense firm in Florida where he worked on complex business, construction, land use, and real estate litigation matters. Mr. Yanks now focuses his practice on construction litigation, general liability, and real estate litigation.
