Tammy Brito focuses her practice on complex construction litigation and general insurance defense. She has experience representing developers, contractors, and design professionals in construction defect claims, default claims, bond claims, and contract disputes involving residential and commercial projects. Along with her legal experience, she is also a Licensed Roofing Contractor for the state of Florida.
Tammy graduated from Florida International University with a B.A. in Political Science. She received her law degree from Florida International University College of Law, where she earned Dean’s List honors and was a Pro-Bono award recipient for completing over 130 hours of chartable legal work. While in law school, Tammy served as a Staff Editor on The Florida International University Law Review, where she authored a comment and proposed amending Florida’s construction defect statute.
Prior to joining the firm, Tammy worked at a national firm focusing on the representation of general contractors and developers in complex construction defect matters.
